What is the DU Refi Plus Program?

Thanks to the government’s new program called Making Home Affordable, lender Fannie Mae now offers the Desktop Underwriter (DU) Refi Plus Program. What this does is allow qualified homeowners the option of a low-cost refinance for their homes even if the value has declined.

Rates are much lower and you may be able to take advantage of these great rates thanks to fewer eligibility requirements.
